I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness of the room, as well as the nice bathroom and thoughtful touches like plugs and USB ports by the bed. the communication was great, making check-in and check-out a breeze. the toasty warm room was a welcome retreat after a long day of traveling.
